The van Heeswijk family – tourism with heart and soul

Since our grandfather Harry van Heeswijk moved from Hellmond (Netherlands) to Bütgenbach in the 1940’s, after World War II, our family is well known in Bütgenbach and surroundings for the hotel business and tourism industry.

Three generations of van Heeswijk led the “Hôtel du Lac” – for the locals better known as “at the Dutchman” – until we sold it in 2015 to be able to devote ourselves to new projects.

My sister Nathalie and I, Catherine, decided to pour our hotel experience into a new, modern and personal form: The idea of the holiday home and guest house Villa Natica was born. We were spoon-fed the tricks of the hotel trade since we were young and I also incorporate my years of professional experience as a hotel expert into my daily work as a host.

Our guests should feel completely at home with us and can fully relax on their holiday. As I live next to the holiday home Villa Natica, I’m always close to make sure you do not lack anything and you are be able to get in touch quickly in case of questions or problems.
