The location is ideal for active holidaymakers and nature lovers: only 300 meters from the lake of Bütgenbach, and 350 meters from the RAVEL bike paths and hiking trails network.

Villa Natica is especially suitable for families with children. Thanks to a well-defined and adapted interior design, the elderly and people with disabilities can enjoy our holiday home. Do you have a dog? Please let us know – your four-legged friend is also welcome upon request.

Did you know...? Our Villa Natica holiday home is close to the race track of Spa-Francorchamps. It takes about 20-25 minutes by car (depending on traffic) to get to the most famous race track in the world. Racing drivers and spectators say that Spa-Francorchamps is one of the most beautiful tracks around the world. Book our holiday rental when you attend track days, the F1 Formula One Grand Prix, the 24 hours of Spa-Francorchamps or other events like Porsche Cup, Ferrari days, Renault Cup, GT series etc.

While organising our team building everything went very smoothly thanks to the good information and cooperation with the owner of Villa Natica.
The villa was perfectly fine, very nice and cozy decorated with all the necessary comfort. The pool, hot tub and infrared cabin are truly a luxury for relaxing.
The kitchen is also perfectly equipped and very luxurious and the room with biljard and other appliances have created a very nice and cosy atmosphere as a team.
We really all enjoyed it. It is really recommended and moreover the owners are super friendly.

We had a very nice autumn holiday. The house is suitable for everyone with bed linen, towels and cuddly bathrobes. There was nothing to fault. And there’s so much to do that you hardly want to go outside anymore. The surroundings were beautiful in autumn. We hope to return soon to relax. Thank you for the kind welcome.
